CONSTRUCTION

Our hull lay-up consists of a quality bright gel-coat.  A high quality vinylester resin is used with 1708 biaxial fiberglass and advanced design foam filled honeycomb core by Westkor.  Within the hull construction are three bulkheads made of high strength honeycomb composite materials. The deck lay-up uses a 1208 biaxial fiberglass with the same advanced design foam filled honeycomb core for strength and resilience.  Stringers and bulkheads are reinforced with Kevlar.  The hull and deck are then glassed together, that results in an extremely strong yet durable, lightweight structure that is fast and resists most normal wear and tear.
